Quite often, customers visit Indifit with plenty of questions in mind regarding our products. We’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions below which might help, but we always encourage customers to reach out to us by telephone or email for specific product questions not answered here.
Delivery & Returns
How long until I receive my goods?
Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched same day for next day delivery subject to your items being in stock. If for any reason, there is a delay on your goods you will be told by one of our sales team.
Our standard courier service is next day and goods can be delivered any time between 8am – 6pm.
From experience most of our packages are delivered before 12 noon but this can vary from location.
Can I collect?
Goods can be collected in person from our warehouse based in Witham, Essex.
We are happy to give you directions if required.

Can you ship goods internationally?
Yes, we can send goods internationally. Most of our international customers tend to arrange their own courier service to collect from our warehouse however we are happy to provide you with a quote for delivery if required.
Payment
Do you have a minimum order charge?
We have no minimum order charge on any stocked items, however some items that are sourced specifically for your application, or are not standard stocked sizes, may be subject to MOQ.
