POLYURETHANE ON CAST IRON CORE CASTOR WHEELS – 80-2600KG RATED

Polyurethane on cast iron wheels are commonly known as Poly cast wheels; they have a polyurethane tread bonded to a cast iron centre.
They also have ball bearing centres. The polyurethane gives a high load capacity yet will protect floors from damage where heavy duty castor are being used.
The Cast iron core gives the wheel high strength so the castors can be used in industrial applications where the castors could be subject to hostile environments.
The poly cast wheel is tolerant to aggressive substances like Oil and Petrol.
The castors that use Polyurethane wheels are commonly used in the car industry, crane and gantry castors, boat yard castors and warehouse castors. They are a very good all round castor that can be used for many different applications.
